Police Friday revised the number of fatalities subsequent a deadly shooting rampage in Santa Monica to five people, including the suspected gunman.
SANTA MONICA, Calif. (KTLA) — An alleged gunman was shot and killed by police at Santa Monica College on Friday after killing at least four people in a series of shootings across the city.
UPDATED: Five people are dead after a gunman went on a rampage in the vicinity.
On Saturday, the college's head, Chui L. Tsang, sent a letter to the college community about the Franco family. "Carlos was truly a family man," Tsang wrote. "He was a dedicated husband and father and an vital part of the Santa Monica College
Police said Friday night four people died in a shooting rampage that started at a small home in Santa Monica and spilled onto the campus of Santa Monica College, where police exchanged gunfire with the suspected gunman
