Sadly, the Minnesota teen was diagnosed with cancer at 14-years-ancient. Over the course of his life, Zach touched the lives of his family, friends and most recently, millions of YouTube viewers with his gorgeous song 'Clouds.
So depressing. The Minnesota teen, who wrote and posted a farewell song on YouTube during his bone-cancer fight, succumbed to his illness on May 19.
