Ken Venturi, winner of the 1964 U.S. Commence and the voice of golf for CBS Sports for 35 years, died Friday day.
The legendary amateur player from San Francisco and 1964 U.S. Commence champion worked at the network for a record 35 years before he retired in 2002.
