Louisville's Kevin Ware suffered a leg break during the first half of Sunday's Elite Eight showdown, an injury so gruesome that CBS declined to show replays.

Rick Pitino confirmed that Louisville guard Kevin Ware broke his leg in two parts and will be out for at least a year. It's a similar injury to the one Michael Bush suffered in trade in 2006.
